AMT provides professional services to its channel partners and airline customers in order to help them design the appropriate architectural specifications for the new system they wish to implement and to develop and maintain value enhancing solutions in the area of operations information management.
AMT’s consulting services are grounded in the lessons learned from Value Proposition Workshops conducted at many airlines around the world in recent years. These workshops have helped airlines measure the return on investment associated with implementing Lean principles, often in conjunction with adopting innovative technology solutions such as Flightman™. The results of these workshops are now being disseminated throughout the airline industry through the Lean Flight Initiative (LFI), of which AMT is a founding member.
